Antonio Jackson - The Chill in the Deep (2014)

At first created as a media project, but now slated as a full album. we present to you "The Chill In The Deep". In a world where so many want to sound like everybody else, Antonio Jackson strives to sound like no other saxophone player but himself. While he has a profound respect and skill for traditional jazz, he takes great pride exploring new musical styles and putting no limitations on his saxophone. It's with that sound that Antonio briefly steps away from his jazz and smooth jazz roots and explores the electronic genre by fusing deep house music, lounge and jazz with some positive vibes and spiritual overtones.
Antonio Jackson keeps it simple and in the pocket in order to allow the listener to explore their own personal landscapes throughout the music. However, don't get it twisted, this saxophonist doesn't sleep on his jazz technique and his ability to keep the music moving, which in turn, allows the listener to get into the groove and enjoy the musical experience.
