The new CD of the Sinfonieorchester Basel continues the recordings of the great ballets by Igor Stravinsky. In the third edition Pétrouchka (original version 1911) is the follow up to Le Sacre du printemps and L'Oiseau de feu. All three ballets are recorded both in the orchestral version and in the version for piano four hands.
